A-Team
This team partners with the Dream Team to maintain order and accuracy within the database so that every Dream Team member is a part of the team.
Communion Team
This team serves behind the scenes to prepare both the elements and the environment for Communion during our first Wednesday, fifth Sunday and Encounter services.
DT Serve
This team faithfully serves to host our very own Dream Team members by providing refreshments, prayer and encouragement during every service and special events.
Events
National conferences, Highlands conferences and Church-wide events are creatively planned and energetically hosted by this team who places priority on valuing people and serving with excellence.
First Responders
This unit of health care providers serves to triage basic medical attention in the event of an accident or emergency with a Highlands guest.
Greeters
This friendly team loves people and makes them feel at home here at Highlands. They welcome guests with a smile, encouragement and personal touch so that hearts are open to the Gospel message.
Growth Track
By facilitating Growth Track Classes, this team encourages, equips and aids individuals in their own journey of growth.
Highlands Haven
This team serves guests with special needs, providing intentional one-on-one care, ministry and development.
Highlands Kids
This team creates an environment where children are consistently exposed to the real love of Jesus. Through worship, videos, skits, small groups, greeting, games and more, this team intentionally invests in the lives of our children.
Highlands Worship
With vocals or instruments, this dynamic team serves to prepare the way for our guests to encounter the Presence of the Living God.
Hospitality
This energetic team serves by providing a hot cup of coffee and connecting with guests through a warm conversation and an authentic welcome.
Information Center
This team connects guests to the Church community, providing information on all of our current events, ministry opportunities and services at Highlands.
Kids Check-In
As families arrive at our Highland Kids and Preschool/Nursery areas, this team welcomes them and facilitates the computer check-in process that ensures children are cared for effectively and efficiently.
Media Resources
By encouraging and assisting guests as they place and pick up orders for media resources and duplicating the messages in CD format, this team truly gets the Word into the hands of the people!
Missions, Dream Center and Outreach
This team is passionate about bringing the love and truth of Jesus to our world. Locally, our Dream Center offers countless opportunities to reach out to the lost, hurting and broken in our own community.
Online Campus Team
The Church is one body, many parts. Connect with guests of Highlands from around the world as a part of the incredible team that encourages, prays for and builds relationships with those who attend church online.
Parking Team
This fun and enjoyable team is truly the first impression of Highlands! If you relish the great outdoors, look good in a uniform, and enjoy telling people where to go, this is the team for you!
Prayer Team
This team of trained intercessors covers the weekend and midweek services in prayer, preparing the way for the Lord. Join this team that is blazing the trail for God in our city!
Preschool and Nursery
This team leads children into a real relationship with Jesus through Bible stories, worship, prayer, hands-on activities and personal interactions.
Prison Ministry
The church, moving and carrying the love and Gospel of Jesus to those in area prisons and correctional facilities.
Small Group Leadership
We believe that real life change takes place in the context of relationships. As a Small Group Leader, you have the greatest opportunity to connect with others, fulfill your passions, develop your gifts and live out the Great Commission.

Technical Production
Bring your creativity and tech savvy to this team that reaches thousands by delivering the Word and worship through camera, lighting and sound elements.
Ushers
These mighty men prepare people for a positive worship experience by welcoming and assisting them to a seat, facilitating the offering and maintaining a distraction-free environment.
Worship Guide Team
This team prepares the tools that allow guests to participate in worship during our services. Connection cards, offering envelopes and message notes are joyfully assembled and recycled each week!
