About this Project
The team will work to disciple groups of new Chinese believers. We'll conduct "English Corner" at local middle schools, high schools, and universities. Team member will have opportunities to build relationships and eventually share their faith with the participants. There may also be an opportunity to teach leadership principles in local factories.
What are the accommodations? Your team will be staying in a hotel nearby local ministry locations.
What will we eat? You will be eating authentic Chinese food in local restaurants with the occasional Western treat.
What should I wear? It is very important that all visiting team members dress modestly and in such a way that does not draw attention to themselves. Shorts should be knee-length, no speghetti strapped, midriff, low cut or sleeveless tops. Skirts should cover the knee at all times, and all tops must cover shoulders. Closed toed shoes/walking shoes are recommended.
Money Deadlines:
- $200 deposit is due with application (app deadline is June 1st)
- 25% of cost is due June 20th ($650 total)
- 50% of cost is due July 11th ($1,300 total)
-100% of cost is due August 7th ($2,600 total)
Requirements
This trip is open to all campuses, ages 18 and up.
