About this Project
***ALL TRAINING WILL BE HELD IN AUBURN***
The world is coming to us! The Dearborn Arab Internation Festival attracts an estimated 300,000 Arab neighbors from the US and Canada every year. The cultural event features food, crafts, and entertainment from the Middle East. Our team will minister to people of the Middle East at the festival while experiencing the flavor of the Middle East. Join us making the most of this opportunity to reach out to the Arab world in a country with freedom of religion!
What are the accommodations? Your team will stay in a hotel near Dearborn.
What will we eat? You will pack a lunch some days and eat at the festival.
What should I wear? Because of the nature of the festival, modest dress is imperative. It is very important that all visiting team members dress modestly and in such a way that does not draw attention to themselves. Shorts should be knee-length, no spaghetti strapped, midriff, low cut, or sleeveless tops. Skirts should cover the knee at all times, and all tops must cover shoulders.
