  • What should I bring?

You can come just as you are, but you are welcome to bring a Bible, a notebook, and a pen.

  • What is the attire for the conference meetings?

    The attire is casual.

  • Will there be any extra fees, or does my registration fee cover everything (like meals and snacks)?

There will be no additional fees. The registration fee includes food at the after party on Friday and breakfast, lunch, and snacks on Saturday.

  • Are scholarships available to cover a portion of the registration fee?

If you are in need of financial assistance to attend the conference, scholarships are available on a case-by-case basis. Scholarship applications will be available closer to the conference. Please email for scholarship-related questions.

  • Do I have to register now, or can I do it at Catalyst?

Many of our conferences reach capacity. To ensure your seat at the conference, we encourage you to pre-register.

  • Should I come to the conference if I haven’t joined the church and haven’t completed the Growth Track?

Absolutely! Church membership and completion of the Growth Track are not required to attend Catalyst.

  • I have already attended a Men’s Conference in the past, so should I plan to go this year?

Most definitely! We encourage everyone to attend whether you have gone to one every year or never participated before. Each year there are new topics and experiences to be had.

  • May I invite male friends who do not attend Highlands to Catalyst?

Absolutely! Catalyst is designed for the men of Highlands and the people in their lives — friends, family, co-workers, and neighbors.

  • What’s the minimum age?

This conference is for men of all ages, including high school.

  • Where is Catalyst located?

Catalyst will be held at the Grants Mill Campus, Auburn Campus, and Riverchase Campus.

  • What is the typical age range of men that attend Catalyst?

Men of all ages are welcome! There will be men from every age range that attend, so whether you are 19 or 93 you will feel comfortable.

  • Are there refunds available if I am unable to attend?

Thank you for understanding that all registrations are transferrable but non-refundable. Transfers are the responsibility of the two parties involved, and Highlands does not arrange payment for transferred registrations or the exchange of wristbands/tickets.

  • Are there overnight accommodations available?
