God created you for greatness. He created you to leave a righteous mark on this world. We achieve this greatness only when we recognize and embrace the truth that we were designed to glorify and reflect God’s character each and every day of our lives. This is your identity. This is your purpose.

Greatness is only achieved when you are on the battlefield—when you are purposefully seeking to glorify Christ every day in your sphere of influence (work, family, etc.). King David was great when he went into battle, and this is where he found tremendous joy and freedom! When David faced Goliath, he achieved greatness because he went, not for his personal fame, but with a mindset that he was there to glorify God. David said to Goliath, “You come against me with sword and spear and javelin, but I come against you in the name of the LORD Almighty, the God of the armies of Israel, whom you have defied.”

We are children of the Most High God, and every time we fight the devil we will win! The best in you will come out when you are on the battlefield bringing glory to our great God, committed to living your destiny for God. The upcoming six week summer small group semester will focus on the life of David and unpack six foundational principles to achieve victory on your battlefields in life.
