Highlands Haven exists to share the love of Christ by assisting individuals needing special accommodations and their families to become full participants and contributors in the body of Christ. We are committed to providing a safe and comfortable environment that allows all members access to worship, ministry and fellowship with one another.
We serve children ages two to twelve. Child development takes place during specific service times at each campus where Haven support is offered. Our goal is to integrate the children into an age-appropriate Highlands Kids experience with the right level of assistance.
This small group is for teenagers ages 13-18 with intellectual disabilities. The group takes place during a particular Sunday service at the Auburn (8am), Grants Mill (4:30pm) and Riverchase (8am) campuses. Friendship group offers a time of fellowship, worship, viewing a Bible-based video and a making a related craft. All activities are specifically designed for teens with significant special needs.
We offer individuals the opportunity to worship in a corporate setting with assistance. Reserved seating and having a team member sit with the adult are available upon request.Download the Highlands Haven Application Download Parent Information
