About This Project

Trip Focus: Addressing poverty

A quarter of the population of Panama suffers from poverty, and a large portion of the population does not know that people can personally know God. On this trip to Panama we will partner with the ongoing work of Dan Salas Ministries to take the gospel to the poor and set the captives free. We are inspired by the words of Jesus found in Luke 4:18. Our vision is to see thousands saved and living a victorious life to strengthen the church, equip leaders, and encourage new co-laborers in the Great Commission. We will do this by loving and providing for the poor.

Team members will have ministry opportunities doing some ground breaking work with the Ngabi Indian people of northern Panama. Ministry opportunities will be established depending on the strengths and talents of this individual team. This may include taking lunch and hygiene gift bags into prisons while ministering to the broken and hurting inmates as well as many other ministry opportunities. We welcome you to ask the Lord if He wants you to be a part of this life-changing experience.

*Payment deadlines must be met in order to participate in this trip. Church of the Highlands uses each payment to purchase airfare and other necessary trip expenses shortly following the posted deadlines. Therefore, payments are non-refundable, and failure to meet these deadlines will result in the removal of a team member and/or the cancellation of the trip.

What are the accommodations? A dorm-style facility.

What will we eat? Amazing Panamanian food.

**All payments are non-refundable**
