Ways to Give
Financial giving through the church is done in two ways: tithes and offerings. The Bible teaches that we worship the Lord by bringing Him our tithe, which is 10% of our income. When we give in addition to our tithe, it’s called an offering.
God tells us in His Word that He loves a cheerful giver, which is why we always want to create opportunities to give as He leads us and with a cheerful heart, through no obligation.
If you’re ready to give, you can do it online, by mail, or through a text message.

The Legacy Team is an outlet for those who are called and equipped to finance the Kingdom of God and to leave a legacy. The Legacy Team serves our church with the gift of giving.

Legacy people give influence, resources and time as a local church ministry expression to advance the cause of Christ. Each member prayerfully commits to give over and above their tithe to impact eternity for generations to come—to leave a legacy.
To be a part of the Legacy Team, you must complete the Highlands Growth Track.

If this is your first time, you will be asked to complete a one-time form, safely linking your card to your smart phone. This new way of giving is not charged to your phone bill. You will receive a text confirming your gift. In the future, you will be able to give anytime from anywhere with a single text.
How to Give the First Time
- Text Highlands plus the amount to 77977. (Example: Highlands 200)
**Normal text messaging and data rates apply. - Tap link to complete the one-time registration.
- Confirm amount and type of giving and then tap Next.
- Confirm payment method and then tap Give.
- Check to be sure you have received a confirmation text and email for your donation.
After the First Time, It’s Easy!
- Text the amount to 77977 (Example: 50)
- Check to be sure you have received a confirmation text and email for your donation.

- Refund: If you need a refund after giving via text, contact us at giving@churchofthehighlands.com.
