Student Director (Montgomery Campus)
The Student Director will lead all efforts as it relates to students at the Montgomery Campus accomplishing the vision of Church of the Highlands.
Experience and Knowledge Required:
- Minimum of three years of hands-on student ministry experience.
- Effective pastoral leadership.
- Systematic team building and leadership development experience.
- Ability to communicate vision.
- Student ministry health assessment, analysis, and restructuring experience.
- Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Must be willing to learn new programs as needed.
- Leadership and administrative experience.
- Must be energetic and able to stand or sit for lengths of time as needed.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Will be responsible for the oversight of the ONE ministry (college ministry), Motion Night and all middle school and high school ministries in addition to student internships.
- Ability to host services and host guest pastors.
- Lead motion network operations as directed by the Campus Pastor and Central Students Team.
- Be available for and assist leading Motion Conference, retreats and missions' efforts at the campus.
- Consistent involvement with the pastoral needs of students at the
campus.
