Campus Resource Coordinator (Irondale Warehouse)

The Campus Resource Coordinator supports campuses by organizing and managing campus resources, coordinating with staff and vendors, and ensuring timely delivery of needed materials. Team Build Specialist (Grandview Campus)

The Team Build Specialist plays a critical role in helping Highlands identify and onboard the right people onto our teams with clarity, care, and excellence. This role serves as a relational and operational bridge between campus leaders, hiring directors, and candidates—ensuring a smooth, life-giving hiring experience from position request through final interview. This person helps teammates understand where they are in the hiring process, coordinates interviews and panels, hosts candidates with warmth and professionalism, and ensures accurate communication and tracking within Breezy (ATS).

Campus Resource Coordinator (Irondale Warehouse)

Church of the Highlands is seeking a ministry-focused, Christ-centered Campus Resource Coordinator to work at our Warehouse facility in Irondale, Alabama. Highlands is passionate about the Great Commission and dedicated to helping build the local church. If you are called to full-time ministry and meet the requirements below, we want to hear from you.

Experience and Knowledge Required:

  • Minimum of 2 years of warehouse, inventory management, or logistics experience required.
  • Proven ability to operate a forklift and delivery vehicles (26 foot box truck).
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Physical ability to lift 50 lbs. regularly and heavier loads as needed.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel, including sorting, filtering, and basic formulas.
  • Understanding of or willingness to learn Church of the Highlands brand standards and ministry functions.
  • Valid driver’s license required.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

Resource Management

  • Organize, track, and maintain campus resources in the warehouse.
  • Communicate with campuses regarding current and future resource needs.
  • Anticipate and prepare for upcoming campus requirements.
  • Work with vendors to source materials and supplies as needed.

Warehouse & Delivery Support

  • Pull and stage orders accurately and on time.
  • Serve as a delivery driver when needed by the distribution team.
  • Safely operate forklifts and delivery vehicles.

Campus & Team Support

  • Develop and maintain healthy relationships with campus teams and other departments.
  • Provide accurate information or direct teammates to the appropriate department when requests are received.
  • Support baptism process needs by preparing and providing related equipment.
  • Maintain a positive, “can-do” attitude and willingness to go above and beyond to ensure excellence.
